These pictures are not the best - we only ended up bringing the small camera (it is an accomplishment to just make it on an outing with Aysen, anything else that makes it into the car is a bonus).
Andy -- he dedicates so much brain power to softball but on basketball days he flipped a switch and thought basketball; he really wanted to help the girls improve. He is hoping to help get a 6th grade traveling team for next year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that since basketball is over he will have time in his thoughts to finish up a few projects around our home.
Kyler and Keanna kept interrupting Andy while he was coaching. They love their dad. He didn't get mad at them for their poor timing but helped with their needs as he tried to encourage them to take a seat back on the bleachers.

When she looked at these pictures she was so proud of the height of her jump. I tried to tell her you aren't suppose to jump when you shoot free throws. She explained she doesn't have enough power to get it to the hoop without jumping. Do you notice she is two feet further back than she needs to be? She is amazing!

Taylei had a great season. She played with her heart.

It was a fun season. At times it was difficult because of trying to manage our Steelers Accelerated softball team at the same time. But we did pretty well. THe girls learned some stuff, they played competitively, we just couldn't get the ball to go in....especially in the Old Gymn in Nephi. We seemed to really struggle there.
Anyway, it was lots of fun, and a good learning experience for me and Taylei. She really did a good job, especially that last tournament game. She up'd her game a level, but it just didn't go in our favor. It was fun to watch the other steelers play very well also. I enjoy watching them play, even if they are on the other team.
wow, how would it be to be a sports star anyway. i just remember sitting on the bench...
